Meet the women behind Renew Printing! • The idea of starting a screen printing business first came from discussion in an @oaktreeministries Community Advisory Board meeting after receiving feedback from our neighbors in Marks Village Public Housing Community that we needed to create more accessible jobs in our neighborhood. • Krisy’s passion for dignified, well-waged work & ethical consumerism, & her experience in starting missional businesses for justice minded economic development led to quick action connecting with other businesses & partners for us to visit & learn from before starting this new endeavor! • We first met Theaudra when she moved across the street from the Treehouse & brought her 6 incredible children to programs at Oak Tree. It wasn’t long before her go-getter attitude & strong faith began encouraging everyone in her path & she became one of our first Community Board members before joining Oak Tree’s as a staff member! • Krisy & Theaudra have been learning everything there is to know about building a screen printing business! They are the perfect dream team behind Renew Printing!
